Is that because the sheer number of PMs has blinded your brain and you can't comprehend where the other 10 paragraphs are? (not to attack people who write a lot, I don't mind reading them and the more detail the better, but you would be surprised at how short that message is when compared to ones that I and other top posters get)

Honestly though, pretty sweet PM. Love the terseness of it, but its' a shame that you could write a book to answer it.

To the original writer, I know it sucks to be down on your luck, but some times in the game of life you need to take a step back and just admit "Yeah, I fucked it up" and move onto the next round. You can't take how you feel now and expand it across the rest of your life. You need to box off this what you have done up to this point and promise, no demand, that you will do better. Set another goal for yourself and achieve it. It might be getting a corporate finance gig and then getting a Masters and getting a 3.8 in that program or it might be getting a MO job and hoping to lateral over. There is no shortage of information on this site to help guide you with whatever path you choose, not is there really a limit to the number of companies that you can apply to....keep cold calling, cold emailing, and pounding the pavement, eventually something will happen.

"Greed, in all of its forms; greed for life, for money, for love, for knowledge has marked the upward surge of mankind. And greed, you mark my words, will not only save Teldar Paper, but that other malfunctioning corporation called the USA."
