Best "Reasonable" High Finance Opportunities/Career Pathways for someone like me

First of all, I want to make either a big impact on the world or make a lot of money... up to the normally high standards of WSO. I am a 4.0 student at a target (sophomore), with waning interest in Investment Banking and growing interest in the macro markets. I can work hard as fuck, but I am naturally on the quiet side and it's hard for me to make a strong connection with someone I'm "pretending" to like (i.e. your average braindead IB monkey), so I'm more inclined to buy side roles or those with smaller teams. Quite a unique person but I'm not DEI, and my work ethic is boundless as long as I enjoy what I'm doing. Where do you think I should look to recruit? What would some of the easiest paths be (assuming I still make wall street average or better, eventually)? What would the hardest/most rewarding be? Also, what do those types of roles expect from a candidate standpoint, and how would you position yourself to best recruit for them?
