Best way to get into consulting from NGO

Graduated in 2011 from public ivy. Been in Latin America working for an NGO startup. Looking to move on by next summer and get into consulting. I'm stuck in the middle of jungles with poor internet--OCR is out of the question.

How do I go about applying and getting interviews without going through the online process? Thanks in advance.
