Best way to move back to IBD

Hey all,

I’m currently in my super-senior year at a target, about to graduate in a really tough 2025 market. Looking for some advice on whether to take my only full-time offer or stay in university for another year (for which I would be super-super-senior)

Background:
1x BB DCM 2023 Summer (reneged return offer for 2024 M&A summer)
1x EB M&A 2024 Summer (did not convert EVR/LAZ/PJT)
1x Off-cycle PE (mid-tier, think Platinum/Summit level)

Recruiting Situation:
No return offers from past internships
Currently recruiting for full-time roles

Only offer so far: REIT investments/acquisitions (think Digital Realty/Equinix/Prologis)

Dilemma:
Would it be better to take the REIT offer and start working, or try to extend my time in university for a second time to recruit again next cycle?

Would really appreciate any insights on exit opportunities from REIT investments, or whether staying in school would give me a better shot at landing a more traditional IB/PE role.

Thanks!
