Big 4 Audit Manager vs. Treasury Analyst

I'm currently set to be promoted to audit manager at my big 4 firm. I just interviewed at a company for an analyst position their Capital Markets and Treasury team. I really want to get away from accounting/audit and hopefully into an MO role at a big 5 Canadian bank. The job responsibilities of the treasury position include the following:

Monitor the Company’s global liquidity position and cash management activities; Manage the Company’s revolving credit facility; Monitor foreign exchange& interest rate exposures and assist in the implementation of hedging strategies; Support the preparation of the Company’s capital plan and cash forecasting for major capital events, operating requirements and distributions for private funds; Assist in the administration of the treasury management system; Develop and maintain positive relationships with our Private Funds team, banks and other financial institutions, and other external advisors; Support M&A team on treasury strategy and due diligence with respect to prospective and new acquisitions; Support the closing of external financings for the Group, including debt and equity capital market issuances, bank financing, and acquisition specific financings; Contribute to ad hoc projects in a fast-paced environment.

I'm not sure what the pay is going to be, but assuming the pay is the same, would you stay at the firm or jump ship?
