Could you advise please on the following topic : What HR of BlackRock mean when they ask about Application code / Promotion code? Is it something that you receive when ask your referee? Or that the code that you get from some participation in BlackRock's event ?
I am trying to find the meaning online, but saw only the references for some codes for Tech internships in 2021.
Would be very happy if someone can explain what this Application code / Promotion code means ?
