Blackrock Interview - Research (Relationship) Analyst

Hi guys,

I've applied for an analyst position at BlackRock (Australia) and I've booked in to have my 4th interview (and hopefully final interview) there next week. I've done OK so far and I'm OK on my understanding of the role - I was just wondering if anyone can tell me the type of personality they're looking for in this role? I've attached the JD for your reference.

(Although it says research analyst, it's more of a sales role in that I'll be supporting the 'Vice President" in his sales efforts of other multi-manager research houses conducting their assessments of BlackRock products)
