Blackstone Interview Help

I have a final round interview with BX next week for their PE group. For anyone who has gone through a similar process, what type of questions should I expect? I'm in my undergrad, will I still be grilled on technical questions?
What percentage of people who make final round end up getting the offer?

And I also wanted to hear a few opinions - they seem to be getting less deal flow - why do you think this is?

They hire 3-4 SAs if I'm not mistaken. Strange that their process is still going on in the middle of March. Expect some finance/accounting technicals to start and then a deeper discussion on how to think about investing in companies ie what makes one an attractive buyout candidate. You might get a specific set of companies in different industries (kind of like a case study) and you'll have to talk about the pros and cons of each, ultimately making a recommendation/developing an opinion. It will be highly competitive given that these kids usually have 1-2 summers in BB IBD already and are among the top candidates in the country. Every part of your interview must be pretty much all-star level - from fit to technical. I'm sure people get dinged for seemingly miniscule reasons but that's just the nature of the process.

I know a couple people who went through the process.
