Blue Owl Capital- Interview/Thoughts

I have an interview with the sales desk within the Private Wealth team at Blue Owl Capital in NYC in the next few weeks, hoping to gather any intel you all might have on the firm and team. 

I've heard pretty mixed feedback and comp/culture wise but maybe I there are some first hand thoughts on here. Generally it seems like it depends on which division you're in?
