BMO NYC or Union Square Advisors
Got offers from both. Any insight on what to choose to best position myself?

Can you share more details? analyst position I'm assuming? any specific coverage group? How do the comps compare?
Same base compensation (street), usa is in sf and bmo is in nyc, both are for summer analyst roles
Union Square advisors has an office in NYC, too, I believe. I'd go with BMO though. Being in NYC is much more ideal, coming from someone who lived in SF for 2 years and then moved to new york.

Absolutely do not go to BMO because the culture is horrible. They do not care about you and are very two faced. The culture will absolutely drag you down.
