have an opinion on current events and some solid trade ideas across asset classes......ultimately they only care about how in tune you are with the news...i recently had super days with some bb's and they wanted to see how in tune i was with the news and they wanted to gauge my interest for this industry...
How'd you get an interview? Thought FT recruiting for the banks was over.
Otherwise, I agree with gjd4 - prepare a stock pitch, have a view on the markets and keep up to date with recent economic and market events, standard why sales/trading, maybe a few math/brainteasers here and there.

I would search this topic up since there has been a detailed discussion on BMO not too far back.
Great quality, very learn firm.
Competitive pay.
Much more laid back culture focusing on teamwork, but you have to perform or you are gone.
The analyst program is generally rotational. They have essentially 100% placement, post-program.
