Boston?

Late 20s single dude, looking at an opportunity in Boston. I’ve spent my whole professional career in NYC and barely know anyone in Boston but the job looks compelling as does the lower cost of living and ease of settling down over the long term. Anyone make a move and really like / dislike it?

Hey I moved up in the last six months from NY. I really like it in comparison, though I also didn’t know many people. Lower cost of living / taxes. Much more for you money in terms of housing. Depending where you live, it doesn’t feel like a huge city. You can have a car or get by without one. Everyone’s pretty friendly and idek how many colleges there are so lots of younger people
