Boutique banks that hire primarily laterals?

Are there any banks (I’d presume boutique, just because BB/EB have established timelines and hire out of school) that hire primarily lateral analysts from other IB programs at other banks? Would appreciate any color!

I know I am trying to separate myself from my past, but for the good of this community, I will mention that FT Partners is always looking to hire and is open to good lateral analysts because their analysts often leave after a year....

Will update my computer soon and leave Incognito so I will disappear forever. How did I achieve Neanderthal by trolling? Some people are after me so need to close account for safety.

Ofc, it's a negative but the question was which banks hire laterals and FTP fits the bill perfectly.

Analysts get great experience in both. First years usually get the deck creation and second years get modeling. You're creating complex models with multiple builds. FTP really goes hardcore with everything they do, which is why analysts hate owrking for them but clients love them.

Feel like I’ve seen comments on WSO saying that Allenco has traditionally had oddly low SA conversion rates, instead opting to bring in experienced analysts as lateral hires to fill out their bullpen. Really don’t know much about them but at the surface, that would fit your description pretty well. I also recall someone calling this group Lucky Sperm & Co. lmfao so nepotism might work against you unless you have a valuable connection. Will defer to others to confirm.

Centerview does a fair amount of lateral hires based on source I have there (current MD, involved with recruitment). I've seen a handful of Analyst and Associate roles from BBs on LinkedIn so they may have some opening, although I don't think its a regular occurrence. Greenhill has a dedicated lateral recruitment channel on their website which is worth checking out and HL has a few Associate spots open.
