Boutique IB 2nd Interview with President - What to wear?
So I just scored a second interview with a boutique out of Los Angeles. First interview consisted of meeting with 5 of the VPs and I wore a charcoal suit. They just asked me to come back later this week to meet the Pres. of the firm (who makes all final hiring decisions). My dilemma: I currently only have 2 suits that fit - the charcoal one I just wore and another that is dark grey.
Is it ok to wear a dark grey suit for a second interview? (even if it's with someone new)
Should I wear the same shit I wore to the first interview? (although with a different tie/shirt)
Do I need to run out and grab a new suit altogether? (lousy option at this point what little time I have)
Thoughts/Comments would be greatly appreciated...
I don't have the IB insider perspective but having done plenty of interviews I think wearing the same or a similar suit isn't an issue. I doubt anyone will even remember what suit you wore. If anything, change the shirt and tie. The worst thing you could do is run out and get a suit last minute that will fit poorly and you won't feel comfortable in.
Just change up the shirt/tie. You probably don't even need to do that because they probably won't remember what you wore, but if it makes you feel better then go for it.
It really doesn't matter, but if it bothers you that much, wear the other one. Whatever you're most comfortable in will be the best choice, since you'll be more confident.
Yeah, they won't remember what suit you wore last time. If anything, people will at best remember the shirt (or shirt color).
So just change the shirt. Then go with whichever suit you like better.

Seriously, fatness of tie = length of cock in an interview in LA.
Don't walk in without at least 8 inches or you've wasted your entire undergrad.
