Boutiques

I'm wondering what are some good boutiques to apply to that have internship programs available? I'm trying to find an internship where I can just learn a ton, but I don't have a 4.0 from Harvard, so getting an internship at a BB seems pretty slim to none. The people I have talked to who worked in Boutiques said they don't have internship programs. I feel like my junior year is going to be extremely important if I ever want to be a banker, but then it seems like everyones telling me its easier to get a job than an internship, if an internship program is available. Any advice? Also, do banks ever forgive freshman year, or if you screwed up then are you done for?
