Currently a broker working on a trade execution/advanced trading client service team focused on trading equities, exotic options, dealing with complex Margin. Has built a great understanding of the brokerage side of things and is wondering if without a degree if he would be able to get into a senior analyst role. Trying to determine if obtaining the education would be the only way or if completing CFA would be a good alternative. Licensed broker ATM.
