Context:Fully committed to Chicago ib and Washu gave full tuition and housing. A)Target for Chicago? B)Heard everybody who wants it gets it, is this true?

Semi-target, definitely a cut below NU, UChicago, Notre Dame for Chicago IB. They place better for consulting than IB though.
Place really well Chi and NY, consistently improving by a noticeable amount each year
