Breaking into industry w/o Internship

Hey everyone, recently finished from a well regarded public school in the Southeast. I had a summer internship with a small real estate developer and finished with a 2.8. I’ve interviewed with some smaller fund managers without any luck so far. I know I don’t have a chance with BB or MM banks and funds, but I’ve been getting looks from smaller firms. Any advice? Should I keep churning or perhaps look into master’s programs? Any advice helps. Thx

You’re going to have to temp or intern to hire/FT to prove yourself.
