I'm thinking about leaving my bank to do the same thing at another shop (where pay is substantially better). I've been at the same place for 8+ years and have only transferred internally and I've never taken the time to really improve my resume. I got advice from a recruiter to use an investment banker template where half the page is dedicated to deals. I made the changes, but I still think the quality is low.
Most of the services online are catered to students. Are there good services you kind people recommend specifically catered to improving investment banking resumes?
