Broke into banking, now trying to switch companies

I'm thinking about leaving my bank to do the same thing at another shop (where pay is substantially better). I've been at the same place for 8+ years and have only transferred internally and I've never taken the time to really improve my resume. I got advice from a recruiter to use an investment banker template where half the page is dedicated to deals. I made the changes, but I still think the quality is low.

Most of the services online are catered to students. Are there good services you kind people recommend specifically catered to improving investment banking resumes
