Cambridge Associates Investment Analyst program

I was invited to a first-round interview with Cambridge Associates for their Investment Analyst program at the Arlington office. Based on the job description, it almost seems like a back-office/operations-oriented role, but I can't be sure. It definitely isn't a traditional buy-side research position. Does anybody have more knowledge on this role? Would be appreciated.
