Can't tell if this for new grads or not...qualified?

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• 1-3 years of experience in the financial services -------
• Familiarity of fixed income concepts and theories.
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
• Must be able to operate in a stressful, deadline driven environment while still maintaining a strict attention to detail and ability to prioritize issues appropriately.
• Strong problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative and critically analyze processes and procedures in a push toward constant improvement.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working within an organization distributed across geographic locations a plus.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Is this for someone who already has been working? The 1-3 of experience is what worries me. Can't blow my reference here with the firm that has this posting, and not have it be a position suitable for me.

I am currently doing my MSF and have had several internships, do you guys think I have candidacy?

Maybe if you had 1+ years of internships at VERY prestigious firms you would be considered. However, they usually mean FT experience if not stated, and Guggenheim Investments does not seem to be as lenient as most firms. That being said, I have had interviews with firms that required 1 year more experience than I had.
