Hello everyone,
I am going to complete my PhD in Electric Engineering from a shit tire non-target public school like OSU/PSU/Purdue/etc.. in a year or a year and half. I am looking for opportunities outside academia because academia is too good for me.
What`s my odds of landing a job as a quant or analyst on hedge fund or IB? If the chance is greater than 10%, how should I prepare from now?
