Career Advice / What do I do now?

Got some cool opportunities lined up for perhaps the next 6 months and I wanna optimize my career path and see whats possible but dont quite know how realistic I am with what I currently see as achievable. So any help, including hard roasts are greatly appreciated.

Some Background info on me, im in my early 20s based in Frankfurt and currently work at a <5 People Headhunting Boutique (Hate the job, quite literally worst work I had to do, even working as an accountant for 6 months was more fun than this shit rn) but thankfully im quiting next month since im starting an internship in a "Securities House" for the germans savings bank finance group in the "Regulatory Reporting & Rating" department. While I do the internship I am gonna be attending the Spring Insight Week at Bloomberg in London and then also hopefully do the summer internship with them.

My questions now are:

  1. What do I have to look out for during the spring insight week to have the best chances at securing the summer internship
  2. For what kind of roles do I look after completing the summer internship (ofc only if I get it)? [Personally I really like AM, PM, EQR, SnT, Capital Markets, maybe even IB but no experience regarding that)
  3. Is DCM/ECM, Prop Trading, etc. Reasonable to go after / likely for me to break into the field and from there (with a lot of dreaming) perhaps break into HF or anything Quant related?

My current plan is getting the summer internship at Bloomberg and after that go straight to OTC Flow in Frankfurt since I have talked with a friend who works there and him mentioning it being a possibility

Thanks for the help from everyone in advance already.
