Career in ME from European target school?

I’m an international student from Asia doing a MiM at one of the French target schools (HEC/ESSEC/ESCP) and am considering a career in the Middle East (Ideally Dubai as it is arguably the most international city in the ME). I’d like to ask a few questions concerning this decision:

1) Will I be at a disadvantage, or how difficult will it be for me to get internships there given my nationality? I’ve heard and read that EU nationals are preferred in this region.

2) How difficult is it to transition to Europe or SG/HK later in my career if I start in this region?

3) How do people even find opportunities there? Do I just apply on company websites/LinkedIn?
