Choosing between three offers

So I will be graduating from my MBA and have been lucky enough to receive three offers that I will have to choose from, and all differ pretty greatly. Brief background on myself, I starter post-undergrad working FP&A, but got hired to a F500 bank in corp strat and development and worked there for two year. Went to do my MBA in the EU as I got an offer to work at a REPE firm that would pay for my school and I was marrying a girl from the EU. I am pretty stuck between REPE/VC going forward and the job I take next will determine which route I take. Here are my offers:

REPE Associate: non-brand name with comp @ 90+35K in LCOL

Startup Strategy Associate: $120K + 0.5% equity in HCOL

Finance Associate brand name foundation: $120K MCOL (40% of the work is VC DD)

All sound interesting to me, and I'd feel good to land. REPE/start-up makes me nervous as I am just starting my family and I'm not entirely sure if I'll be working 60-70 hours. Concern with REPE is it's in bumf*ck no where and my wife is currently a chef in the EU with a michelin star restaurant and there are literally no good restaurants.

Any advice? Can I leverage my startup position to VC after 2 years?
