Hey everyone,I'm a freshman in college planning on applying for SA 2025 once those applications open early next year (2024). I'm struggling with when to start emailing bankers and setting up informational interviews, and I'm hoping that someone with more experience might be able to help out. M&I suggests 6-12 months before recruiting begins to start emailing bankers and setting up informational interviews, which would mean anywhere from early 2023 to summer 2023. That way I assume one could build consistent relationships with bankers by following up, etc.  However, my colleagues who have gone through the process last year suggest that that might be excessively early, citing the fact that bankers are so busy with work and with going through this year's applicants that they might see talking to a SA 2025 applicant as a waste of time when summer 2024 hasn't even begun. I'm wondering if anyone here has anything to add on this topic. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
