Coffee Chat with HR at Elite Boutique — what to ask?
Hi y'all, current sophomore at a non-target in the Midwest. Lucky enough to get a coffee chat with a Head of HR at an EB (HL, LZD, EVR,...). Gonna meet with her in a week and sure as hell I'm nervous.
Would appreciate any suggestions on how to politely ask them to push my resume. Thanks!

I just had no luck with my college's alumni, so I widen my search to alums of other colleges in the region. Thought I'm just gonna normal chat for 15 mins, but not sure what to say at this point. And thanks for the kind words!

Oh it’s HR - don’t overthink it and go with thoughtful questions, just ask the the cookie cutter stuff that makes HR feel important like asking about diversity and what they think sets their bank apart etc
