To find the email I google Firm name email format and that will usually work. If not try to look up press releases online as it will usually have someones email address at the bottom and then you'll have the format.
Professional organizations can be a good source too. For instance, in Real Estate, ULI has a database of all members. Very easy to find company presidents' email addresses.
Look them up on LinkedIn and then apply their name to the WSO email setup.
