Cold Emailing

I'm a recent graduate from a non-target and am trying to land a FT role. Let's say I find a job posting for an IB analyst on Linkedin, I go to the firm's website and find someone to reach out to. I find an associate who seems approachable but didn't go to my school, what do I write in the subject line? What do I ask for? I'm not a sophomore who's trying to learn more about the industry. What's my "ask" here?
