Have you guys heard on this bank?
I was looking into the commercial lending training program. Is it reputable? Salary? Career progression? Obviously it's not IB but what is a day in the life like? Any insight would be appreciate. Also doesn't look like many people progress to MBA just doing a quick linkedin seach

I believe I've heard of their training program if you are referring to their credit analyst program. It is something like 3 eight month rotations. If it is the program I'm thinking of salary is probably around 50~55k base with a small bonus. Progression will be either to relationship manager or portfolio manager type role. Not as reputable credit training program in my location as they tend to try and pick-off analysts coming out of other programs. Certainly could be a solid foundation though.
