Commerzbank Internship in Hong Kong

I am currently taking a year off to do a 5-month intern with an investment bank's back office. The internship is coming to an end but I haven't had a concrete plan for the rest of the year yet. Luckily, I was offered an internship at Commerzbank's DCM Loans Department today. I know the pay is gonna be low, and the likelihood that I'll be given a return offer is uncertain. The alternative is that I can not work for half a year, and study for CFA Exam Level 2 instead. Which one should I choose? Is the internship worthwhile? Commerzbank is strong in Europe, but is it a good choice in Asia? I always want to make it to the front office. Do you think this internship experience will help me when I look for a grad job, hopefully at a BB investment bank? I am very confused.... Hope someone can give me some advice please?
