Companies Hiring

Hey guys I could use your help about locating a job.

The huge demand of college graduates makes it very competitive to break into my first finance industry job. It also doesn't help the the economy hasn't improved too much in the last 6 months or so, which keeps the job market in finite supply. I was wondering if anyone knew which finance companies are hiring? I'd consider many industries including PE/VC, I-banking, and Asset Management (hedgies, mutual funds)

(I apologize if I'm vague) I just graduated from a well-known northeast business school with honors (3.5+ GPA) and just completed a private equity assoc training program at a local area firm where I helped develop a $20+MM fund. I also have some FINRA registrations, although those probably won't help given the industries I want to enter.

I would also appreciate if anyone has other strategies about obtaining a first-year job...
