Companies with good global mobility

I suppose we're moving into the wfh era and in ten years the whole concept of expats will be moot. But for now--what companies have the best global mobility if you want to jump around the globe?

It seems like Uber/other "startups" with city launcher type roles has plenty of opportunities to move around geographically if you're in the right role. MBB seems to have some amount of mobility as well, but usually shorter stints (eg. 6 months). Trainees in O&G engineering seem to move around a bit as well.

On the other hand, what compmanies are so geographically siloed from an opportunity perspective that fat chance you'd do a stint in one of the overseas offices?
