Contacting interviewers/ hr reps during the internship application process
Do recruiters find it annoying or admire you if you reach out to them on LinkedIn while they are reviewing your CV?
I have thought about trying to find/contact recruiters from IBs that I have applied for summer internships in, would this boost or hinder your chances of getting an interview?
