I would stay. Sounds like you’re happy. You will kick yourself when you’re doing grunt work and more busy in the new role and making less money. Your hours sound decent, do you see a path up?
I definitely see a path. Feels like I need to “survive” with execution for 3-4 yrs until senior VP / junior MD and then could leave behind entirely a lot of parts of banking that i don’t like.
