Hi Everyone,
Currently an Associate working at a large European bank in the US (DB/BNP/UBS) in corporate banking and have an offer to join a top EB/MM (HL/JEF/LAZ/MOE) in an IB coverage group. I would go down a level but salary is same/slightly higher and obviously bonus should be higher etc. Main concern is the vacation/hours change from current role, but feel like it is worth it for a few years to open up opps I couldn’t have from CB?
