Corporate Development - no offer - no feedback - irresponsive

I spent this past summer interviewing for three Corp Dev opportunities, and struck out on all three in the final round ... interview process for each included one or two phone interviews, a case study then a half day in person to meet the team.

I found these opportunities through a recruiter who insists the Companies are not giving any feedback, no matter how hard he pushes back. Not receiving any offer after investing the time I did is frustrating but I can accept the fact that there are better/more interesting candidates. What really "grinds my gears" is the lack of feedback.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? Is this typical?

Not saying it is ... and there is nothing they could say that would make me a "better" candidate. It just makes sense that after spending 10+ hours on interviews and case studies they could give me something substantive.

idk, my jimmies are rustled.
