Cover Letter, Mention Progress After Previous Rejection?
Backstory here is that I applied for a summer role in PE last year, got an interview, but wasn't considered for the position likely because of how poorly I answered one of the technical questions. They're hiring again this year and I want to reapply.
As I'd be in contact with the same team again, should I mention somewhere in my cover letter how I assessed my shortcomings and improved throughout the year?
