I'm currently applied to a Jefferies diversity event and we have to write a personal statement to a question about a challenge. It has a "Cover Letter / Personal Statement" file submission, so does that mean I only write my answer to the personal statement as my cover letter or do I have to write a separate cover letter AND submit a personal statement response?
