BNP is MM, CS though a BB. Your choice.
Alright I got it. But which is a better learning place to advance your career consider you are offered Middle Office roles?
I honestly can't give you any advice. I could if it was for a front office role, but in MO I guess you just need to get a good feel of who you work with and which team you prefer. Purely on reputation I would go to CS. I would imagine that advancement in MO is going to be similar on both places depending on your boss.
thanks Disjoint. Are you a structurer?
