Current state of banking recruiting
Was wondering if banks are still hiring aggressively across different FO roles or has hiring died down a bit? Also, would you say that overall there is still a strong volume of deal flow in 2022 (obviously likely to be lower than 21)?
Was curious about this given all the volatility and chaos in the markets and economy.
