Data Vendor WH,Pay, Exit Opps → High Finance??

I was unable to break directly into high finance and currently have an offer at S&P Global Market Intelligence and would like to know the following:
1. Working hours
2. Pay within the industry
3. Potential exit opps to high finance? (IB,AM, BB in general?)
