DB not giving housing bonus?
Paying 60k like street with some weird overtime system that diminishes with hours worked. should no housing bonus be a huge turnoff?

No it shouldn't be a turn-off. The 60k pro-rated with the diminishing OT was just to correct the fact that for a few years SAs could get major bank (~30k for the 10 week program). Not everyone gives OT period and not everyone gives housing stipends. If you have a "better offer" at a comparable firm, take it, otherwise the market is pretty tight on jobs and DB is a good place to be.
check the ot system and see how much it comes out to for a 60 hour standard week. my guess is itll prob come to over the 2k housing bonus, though im not sure.
