I'm a second year analyst at a top REPE fund in London.
I wanted to scan the market for better opportunities despite being somewhat content of my current role. I was placed throught headhunters so I thought to contact the HHs I was in contact at the time, is this the best way to do it? Also I thought if it was ok to contact back the same HH firm who placed me (i.e. are they going to signal me to my employer?) as I feel they are among the best. What I obviously want to avoid is to ruin my relationship with my current employer.
