I think you should be asking for advice on how to do it, not whether or not It is possible. If people say impossible will you not try? And if they say possible will you try? The only way to find out is to try, now it’s more about how you approach it. 

Did you have a good relationship with the seniors at the place you rejected? Did you work there or just get an offer and reject it?

If you have a contact there or someone you have a good relationship with, I’d reach out to them and explain. Don’t talk about turnover, etc. Just say you are thinking about where you want to be, realized that the people you work with and the culture is important. Talk about how you are finding the current place less aligned with you, etc (make it sound good) and that you’d really appreciate another chance to interview with the firm. 

Offer to interview, don’t assume you can get a role. And see if they can push you through faster. But will depend on the questions I started with.
