Delaying Analyst Program Start Date
I’m scheduled to begin my analyst program at an EB within the next few months, and it seems likely that we are going to be offered the option to defer our start date by several months if we choose to. I wanted to get some opinions on the cons of choosing this option from a career standpoint. thank you!
Idk about you, but after having half of spring semester virtual with minimal effort and aimlessly sitting at home running thru practice models I’m already bored out of my damn mind. I personally wouldn’t defer. Plus, don’t think that would be a net positive for buyside recruiting if you’re interested in that.
Good point - but if buyside recruiting isn’t as much of a factor (thinking of recruiting on cycle next year instead) would you consider it?
