I would say doing a second pwm internship wouldn't really hurt, but doesn't necessarily help either.
Doing this second internship gives you another name and experience on your resume, so if you need more stuff to fill out you resume, then it could help. Also, you build more connections and work experience in a finance job.
But, not doing the internship won't really hurt you. So if you want to enjoy this summer and make a little money at a job, travel, and relax, then you can if you want.
Ideally, I would say if you can find any finance related internship, to take it. As a freshman, I think having a variety of experience helps a lot. So even a small accounting internship could augment your resume simply because it is an additional experience where you build some skills that are very important to IB. I'm saying this because you already have a BB pwm on your resume.
To answer your question, PWMinternships are good but you want to show progression. If it's all you can get, take it. But make sure you get something better next time.

The real question is how do you have a 10-week winter break.

@bumpthethread I didn't have a 10 week winter break, never said that. I worked 12hrs. per week while also taking classes.
So you worked 3/4 of an IB day per week.
