Deloitte vs EY... cool office vs not so much

Curious for people's thoughts on an impending decision... Deloitte (BTA) vs EY (TAP-FSO). I like both firms a lot. I have come to know the Deloitte people more and we have gotten along really well. But here is the X-Factor: The Deloitte office is in a kinda nowhere city in the northeast. The EY office is NYC. Were locations equal I think I would choose Deloitte but how do I weigh the office location into the decision? Any additional insight into either role is great too or even just either firm at large. Thanks!
