Diversity hiring for full time
Hey Guys,
I was wondering if companies hire specifically for diversity for full-time positions or if they retain their diversity intern class? And if they do hire, when do they open applications? Is it normally around the end of summer when other full-time positions open, or is it earlier/later? Thanks.
Diversity will give you a slight edge especially at BBs which have diversity targets for their classes. There's no difference in timeline or process, just potentially a slight advantage at a superday if the firm is trying to meet a target. You definitely should network throughout the summer.
Timing is the exact same applications as regular FT process
