Do Campus Visits Really Matter?
I just don't see the point in going when a bank visits my school. When there's like 3-5 bankers for 80 kids, I don't see how it is possible to make yourself stand out unless you are the most charismatic person alive (I am not). I get demonstrating interest, but is there really a point vs just reaching out to people for coffee chats? Would it really be a big red flag if a student didn't show up? Is attendance even tracked or do they just look at the list of people that signed up online?
